Atl-Falter

Our contribution to the train + bike problem: combining functionality and train-worthiness. The Atl-Falter is the result of continuous development of the Atl-Klassik; at first glance, you might see little in common between the two models. On closer inspection you will discover that the arrangement of the seat, handlebars, and bottom bracket is practically identical; both models offer optimal seating position, and even the wheels and racks have close similarities.
The Falter is safe, agile, fast and comfortable, and just as robust and durable as its antecedent. In contrast to many conventional folding bikes, the Atl-Falter is a real all-rounder, designed to meet every eventuality. It folds to a minimum size of just 72cm x 84cm x 28cm.
The Atl-Falter prototype was winner of the 2002 German Folding-Recumbents competition; this ambitious project has benefited from years of development and testing before the start of mass-production and has been honed to perfection!

- Rohloff speedhub and full chainguard
